Shared spaces with an urban identity
A multifamily project in Downtown Lima where Partners 24 delivered the principal shared spaces.
The intervention included the lobby, reception, coworking area, lounge bar, waiting areas, kids room and games room, integrating furniture, lighting, joinery, metalwork and finishes.
Warm timber and yellow and blue accents create a recognisable identity throughout the project.
