Shared spaces that expand the experience of home

A multifamily development for Inmobiliaria PAZ in which Partners 24 delivered the main shared amenities.

The fit-out brought together a lobby, coworking space, Zoom room, bar, kids room, terraces, barbecue areas and pool through furniture, lighting, joinery, metalwork and decoration.

Timber adds warmth, planting accompanies movement and green tones connect every setting to Magnolia's natural identity.
